About Me
REALTOR,
BIOGRAPHY
Ginnie has been a native of Polk County for almost 60 years, born in Haine City, Florida, in the 1960's. One of her favorite memories growing up was Sunday dinners after church with her big family—lots of aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents eating great food and playing fun games in her grandparents backyard. She feels this is a big part of the foundation that makes her such a good realtor. She is an agent who brings a strategic yet personable approach to the home buying and home selling process. A real estate professional with almost 20 years of experience. Ginnie is known for integrity, diplomacy, and sincerity in all her dealings. In her tenure in the business, she has first and foremost strived to be someone in whom her clientele and colleagues can put their trust and faith. Every transaction, she believes, is always about her customer/clients. “You are the driver; I am the passenger who’s there to guide, educate, and provide the best service possible.” The key to Ginnie's past success has also been the result of her patient demeanor and dedicated work ethic. She knows how to listen and is generous in offering information that best helps her customers and clients. Her main intention is to understand her client’s needs and build a relationship that will last over the course of time. When orchestrating deals for her buyers and sellers, Ginnie is assertive and effective without being too aggressive. While she is a strong negotiator and advocate for her customers, she is just as much a Compassionate, friendly, humorous a partner who eases a process that can often be quite stressful.
